MENTAL WELLBEING
Mental health concerns.
Compassionate support.
Telehealth consultations for Australians living with anxiety, stress, and trauma-related concerns. Our AHPRA-registered practitioners provide a safe, judgement-free space to discuss your situation.
Mental wellbeing is complex.
Your support should reflect that.
How plant-based treatment may support mental wellbeing
Research suggests cannabinoids may interact with receptors involved in mood regulation, stress response, and sleep. For patients whose anxiety or trauma-related concerns haven't responded adequately to conventional support, this pathway may offer a meaningful complement to their existing care.
- May help reduce physiological stress responses
- May support sleep quality and emotional regulation
- May reduce the intensity of trauma-related distress
- Complementary to — not a replacement for — psychological care

Who is plant-based treatment
suitable for?
Plant-based treatment is not appropriate for everyone. Our prescribers make an honest assessment at every consultation. You are likely a suitable candidate if:
Longer-duration concerns that haven't resolved with rest or lifestyle changes alone are typically where plant-based treatment may be considered clinically appropriate.
Prior treatment history is central to our assessment. This may include psychology, counselling, medications, or other mental health support. A genuine attempt at prior treatment matters.
A formal mental health diagnosis helps your prescriber make accurate recommendations, though it is not always mandatory. Bring any relevant reports or referral letters.
THC-containing products are generally contraindicated for people with a personal or family history of psychosis or bipolar disorder with mania. Your prescriber will assess this carefully.
All prescribed plant-based products are contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Discuss timing with your prescriber if you are planning a pregnancy.
The brain continues developing until approximately age 25. Plant-based treatment may still be prescribed for younger patients in specific circumstances — assessed individually by the prescriber.
"If it's not right for you, we'll say so — and suggest alternative pathways."

No. It is a complementary management option, not a replacement for psychological support. Many patients use it alongside existing mental health care. Your prescriber will discuss how it fits into your overall care plan.
In Australia, it is currently illegal to drive with any detectable level of THC in your system. Products containing THC may restrict driving. CBD-only products do not typically affect driving. Your prescriber will discuss this in detail.
These consultations and products are not currently covered by Medicare or most private health insurance policies. Your prescriber will discuss costs transparently during your consultation.
Existing medications are an important part of your assessment. Your prescriber will review all current medications for interactions before making any recommendations.
