SLEEP & NEUROLOGICAL HEALTH
Better sleep.
Clearer days ahead.
Telehealth consultations for Australians living with sleep difficulties and chronic headaches. Our AHPRA-registered practitioners assess your history and discuss all clinically appropriate management options.
Sleep concerns are complex.
Your treatment should reflect that.
How plant-based treatment may support sleep and neurological health
Research suggests cannabinoids may interact with receptors involved in sleep-wake cycles, pain perception, and neurological function. For patients whose sleep difficulties or headaches haven't responded adequately to standard treatments, this pathway may offer a meaningful management option.
- May help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep
- May support deeper, more restorative sleep cycles
- May help reduce the frequency of recurring headaches
- Addresses co-occurring anxiety and pain that disrupt sleep

Who is plant-based treatment
suitable for?
Plant-based treatment is not appropriate for everyone. Our prescribers make an honest assessment at every consultation. You are likely a suitable candidate if:
Longer-duration concerns that haven't improved with standard interventions are typically where plant-based treatment may be considered clinically appropriate.
Prior treatment history is central to our assessment. For sleep this might include sleep hygiene protocols, CBT-I, or medications. For headaches, standard analgesics, preventatives, or specialist management.
A formal diagnosis helps your prescriber make accurate recommendations, though it is not always mandatory. Bring any relevant specialist reports, sleep studies, or referral letters.
THC-containing products are generally contraindicated for people with a personal or family history of psychosis. CBD-only formulations may still be appropriate in some cases.
All prescribed plant-based products are contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Discuss timing with your prescriber if you are planning a pregnancy.
The brain continues developing until approximately age 25. Plant-based treatment may still be prescribed for younger patients in specific circumstances — assessed individually by the prescriber.
"If it's not right for you, we'll say so — and suggest alternative pathways."

These consultations and products are not currently covered by Medicare or most private health insurance policies. Your prescriber will discuss costs transparently during your consultation.
Co-occurring conditions are common and are fully considered during the assessment. Your prescriber will review all contributing factors as part of a holistic clinical picture.
